- free of halogens and heavy metal

- generally good UV and ozone resistance (see register no. 28.7.7)
- optimum flow characteristics
- acc. to TRBS 2153 (zone 20) suitable for combustible dusts/bulk goods. Spiral ends shall be earthed at both sides to ensure static dissipation (see register no. 28.12)

Product Description
PU suction and transport hose, lightweight, microbe resistant
Material
hose wall: 100% polyester polyurethane with additional microbe protection, free of heavy metal (in comparison with polyether polyurethane more abrasion resistant, acc. to DIN 53 516).
spiral: steel wire
Temperature Range
- -40°C up to +90°C
- intermittent to +125°C
Construction
- immovable cast spring steel spiral
- hose wall: polyester polyurethane, resistant to microbes
- wall thickness between spirals ca. 0.7 mm
